Return Policy

Any returns or cancellations are not accepted without prior approval. For return request according to customer error, WON ST would review the case and reserve the right to offer a partial credit only for the subsequent business.

All approved items for return must be properly packaged for shipment and returned within 30 days from the date the RMA (Returned Material Authorization) number issued. WON ST will not assume responsibility for improperly packaged product for return.

Payment
WON ST accepts the VISA, Master Card, Discovery Card and American Express. If you wish to pay with check, please e-mail to sales@wonststore.com. Your order will be processed after we receive your payment.

Taxes
Price does not reflect any sales, use, excise, property, import, export or such taxes that may be levied on the transaction by local, state, federal or foreign governments. Such taxes shall be the responsibility of Buyer, and they can be added to the invoice or billed to Buyer separately.

Delivery
WON ST ships UPS as its standard carrier. No responsibility can be assumed for all risk of loss or damage in transit and delivery delays from fires, strikes, floods, material shortages, or any other cause beyond our control.
